Business Overview and Roles & Responsibilities: JPMorgan Asset Management (JPMAM) provides investment management products and services to institutional and individual investors worldwide. It offers the full spectrum of investment strategies from equities, cash, fixed income, currencies and asset allocation to alternative asset classes such as private equity, real estate and hedge funds. Global Liquidity platform offers Money market mutual funds and similar style SMAs to the clients. A money market fund is an open-ended mutual fund that invests in short-term debt securities such as US Treasury bills and commercial paper. Money market mutual funds offer a convenient parking place for cash reserves. Money market mutual funds offer safety and liquidity. An Investment Specialist (IS) is responsible for the overall portfolio, strategy design, reporting and communications with the client. IS analyst will be working closely with the IS providing support on the below set of functions. - Preparation of Strategy presentations comprising of: Performance &amp; Market value Analytics and characteristics of the portfolio Details on Holdings in the portfolio - Prepare of customized Client presentations for IS's review meetings - Analysis of portfolios including positioning , analytics and performance results - Assist with the preparation of client performance reports and investment review materials for new and existing clients and providing commentaries on performance drivers - Assist in preparation of any other communication - Monitoring guidelines and adherence for internal/external managed portfolios - Co-ordinate with Sales, Consultants and RFP teams to cater their requirements - Any other requirement of the IS Skill Sets required: - MBA or CA with at least 2-3 years of experience in financial markets (Fixed Income Markets preferred) - CFA &amp; FRM preferred - Strong understanding of Fixed Income and the asset management business - Strong quantitative and analytical skills (including data analysis and ability to understand data flows) - Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Working knowledge of Python, Tableau preferred - Proactive, positive approach.
