Role summary : Support Credit Risk Managers in managing a portfolio of clients that have asset-based loans. Complete financial monitoring, Covenant monitoring and Collateral related analysis on portfolio clients.

Location : Bangalore

Responsibilities :

- Completing financial and collateral related activities on assigned portfolio of clients

- Validating and signing off on clients on ISPRESO after Spreading center of excellence (-COE-) has completed initial spreading (Income statement and Balance Sheet).


- Person is responsible for completing EBITDA adjustments, fixed charges, capital structure and detailed covenant calculation

- Understand Credit agreement with the client to monitor and calculate covenants

- Confirm pricing change on system based on Credit agreement

- Complete monthly portfolio review (-MPR-) data quality checks on assigned portfolio of clients

- Summarize Field exam results and provide CRM comments on the exam findings

- Summarize Inventory appraisal findings as part of the annual review process

- Detailed Borrowing base analysis and analyze collateral related metrics (month on month) on the allocated portfolio of clients

- Recommend LGD and rating grades based on analysis of clients and facilities/exposures

- Contribute actively for ideation on process improvement and improved analytics

Qualifications :


- MBAs (with Finance specialization) / CA's / Undergrads with relevant work experience

- Excellent academic record

- Strong understanding of accounting and finance concepts

- Income statement, balance sheet and cash flow understanding

- Strong analytical skills and keen attention-to-detail

- Deadline oriented, organized, and responsible

- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment

- Strong communication skills - oral and written

- Ability to collaborate and work with multiple teams

- Proficient in the use of MS Word, Excel and Power Point
