Position Overview This role will be part of the campus recruitment team for front-office businesses as well as the Global Knowledge Network (GKN) businesses Core Responsibilities - Campus Recruitment for a businesses with India Front-office and GKN Businesses - Develop overall intern/full-time post hire engagement plan with the Businesses - Drive and manage all processes around intern and full time hire onboarding - Design and Execution of off-campus and on-premises engagement events and activities - Lead the various Internship processes - Partner the campus joinees through the internship as well as pre-joining processes - Manage campus operations and risk and controls including driving appropriate usage of technology and recruiting tools, managing proper recruiting controls, and reporting - Drive campus recruiting projects in collaboration with APAC partners Desired Qualifications and Experience - Full-time MBA/post graduate from a top-tier b-school is required - Relevant campus recruitment is a plus - Understanding of the local hiring market for the relevant skill-sets. - Capable of building strong client relationships & professionally manage client expectations. - Strong desire to work with and build relations with campuses - Demonstrated ability to build and cultivate strong relationships with both internal / external stakeholders. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
