- Customers are demanding healthy and easy-to-create alternatives to their comfort food and want to replace their freezers with food which are lower in calories, and preferably protein packed.

- JOYERS aims to create a brand new category of direct-to-consumer (D2C) single-serve frozen meals with simple and real ingredients. It believes that the future of fresh food is frozen, as there is no better way to lock in the nutrition than freezing.

Customer acquisition channels:

- Referrals, content/SEO, Instagram ads, FB ads, Google Ads, Google Shopping Ads, Ad network. the products to be placed with retailers and supermarket.

Stage - the business is at initial stages and some products have already been developed and is ready to be launched in a couple of weeks. It needs a co-founder at this stage.

About the founder :

The founder has extensive experience in the banking sector, and textiles, and now is willing to take a plunge in the food business.

Compensation

- The role is a significant equity-only role.

- Compensation/salary can be decided soon after investment is secured.

About the role, and co-founder fit

The role is a full-time role.

The first few months will be spent on development and devising low cost digital strategies for growth on the various sales channels. actively participate with the chefs in new product development, and run market trials for product feedback.
