Responsibilities: Lead Generation: Conduct extensive research to identify potential clients and build a robust pipeline of prospects through various channels, including but not limited to cold calling, email campaigns, social media outreach, and networking. Qualification: Engage with leads and perform a thorough needs analysis to understand their hiring challenges and align Joveo's solutions to address their specific requirements. Discovery Calls: Schedule and conduct introductory calls with potential clients to educate them about Joveo's offerings and position the value proposition effectively. Relationship Building: Nurture and maintain strong relationships with leads to foster long-term business partnerships, ensuring consistent engagement throughout the sales cycle. Collaboration: Collaborate closely with the sales team and marketing department to strategize and optimize lead generation efforts, sharing insights from the field to enhance the overall sales process. Data Management: Accurately update and manage lead information, prospecting activities, and sales pipeline in the CRM system. Sales Enablement: Stay up-to-date with Joveo's products, market trends, and industry news to communicate the latest developments and advancements to potential clients effectively. Achieve Targets: Work towards and exceed individual and team-based sales targets, contributing significantly to the company's revenue goals. Requirements: Experience: Proven track record in sales development or inside sales roles, ideally in the technology or SaaS industry. Experience in recruitment advertising or HR technology will be an advantage. Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts in a clear and compelling manner. Relationship Building: Strong interpersonal skills and a genuine passion for building and nurturing client relationships. Proactive Approach: Self-starter with a proactive attitude towards identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.
