Senior Manager - Corporate/Media Sales and Partnerships

- We are seeking an experienced & a well-connected individual to acquire and develop new accounts for our digital, learning and social properties, reaching over 10cr+ young viewers online and on ground.

- We are looking for a top performing, quota-crushing enterprise sales and partnerships person who is passionate about sales & is motivated to advance his/her career in the startup space.

Josh has x main products and currently works with clients including Facebook, Swiggy, TikTok, ITC, P&G primarily engaging youth in the Tier 2 and smaller towns of India :

- JoshTalks platform with 6m+ subscribers

- Online media and video products

- Josh Skills App with courses like spoken english, personality development

- Events and Workshops on a national scale

On taking up this role, you will :

- Own of the full sales and partnerships cycles from lead to close - develop and execute on sales targets and help define key sales and partnership strategies based on a number of different external partners at different points of the sales pipeline.

- Build, develop and manage productive relationships with partners and agencies, including retaining and grow revenue with our existing partners while focusing on business growth.

- Cultivate new relationship to add new accounts, at brand & agency levels.

- Identify Partner needs and collaborate with teammates to ensure customer success & build strategies

What are we looking for?

- Minimum of 3 years of progressive experience in Corporate/ Media Sales.

- Excellent networking, pitching skills with, an insatiable curiosity, an entrepreneurial, - get stuff done- mindset and most importantly a humble person.

- Ability to operate with ownership and create project structure, execution plans, and momentum for yourself and those around you to drive swift action from those insights.

- Proven ability to influence without authority and build strong working relationships with business partners as this is a highly cross-functional role in a fast paced environment.
