Josh Talks - Senior Manager/Assistant Director - Social Impact Strategy & CSR Implementation

We are seeking a Senior Manager/Associate Director who will be responsible for handling end to end strategy & partnerships on social impact and CSR implementation.

The job will include identification of potential partners, pitching and undertaking extensive outreach, collaborating to identify and develop new areas of opportunities (joint development, thought leadership, events, etc.) for strategic growth & managing accounts for existing and newly on-boarded partnerships.

This role will require excellent communication & relationship building skills along with high attention to detail and solution oriented approach. The goal is to contribute in growing & sustaining the business by working with companies whose objectives can be fulfilled through the Josh platform.

Tasks :

- Identify and manage existing accounts & grow new partnerships to drive business growth by building and managing relationships with key partners, decision makers and agency partners (CSR, creative, marketing partners, etc.) and help structure programs that deliver positive business impact/ meet key goals for partners.

- Interface & Network with key players in the relevant communities & events, representing Josh at industry events.

- Create and deliver compelling sales presentations using industry knowledge, market trends, and case studies to clearly communicate the Josh platform value proposition.

- Act as external product consultant educating clients and agencies on solutions and best practices, and ultimately grow existing business partnership.

- Manage and oversee day-to-day needs of programs, including establishing consistent partner communication and outreach, scheduling, preparing impact reports & other account metrics.

- Develop and implement strategies to attract and retain mutually beneficial relationships with key companies at various levels who align with Josh mission, vision, and values.

- Act as the liaison between key partners and internal teams - Own the entire relationship including understanding commercial agreement terms, understanding roles and responsibilities of both parties including key deliverables, holding partners accountable and ensuring a highly successful engagement.

- Work cross-functionally with internal teams for end to end project delivery for the Partner.

- Prior experience in consulting, project management, communication and presentation experience is highly preferred.

- Prior experience in consulting (esp social impact/ CSR) will be highly preferred.
