About the Role: - We at Josh Talks are looking for a self-driven, agile, creative, and growth-oriented leader to join our team and head revenue and growth for Josh Skills. - This role best suits someone who loves chasing numbers, can wear the shoes of a CEO, and create an ecosystem of like-minded people. - You would be responsible for putting Josh Skills on the smartphone of every person who could not afford the resource to upskill themselves. Role Description & Expectations: - Monitor conversion funnels, implement strategies to improve funnel shape, and deliver monthly targets. - Own, supervise and administer Josh Skills' growth strategy, revenue, and P&L. - Prioritize strategies based on ROI, effectiveness, and ease of execution, and improve sales effectiveness using data insights. - Develop and execute aggressive sales metrics that lean on analytics more than heuristics to measure accountability and performance. - An inherent passion to excel and desire to innovate the way sales are done. - Sales process management capabilities that could translate strategies into execution on the ground. - Storytelling abilities that communicate something in a way that's interesting and makes people "act" or feel a strong connection with the product. - Lead, mentor, and motivate the team to foster a positive and highly productive work environment.
