Josh Talks is seeking a Head of Brand &amp; Communications. You are an exceptional senior communications professional with significant experience of managing a complex brand and leading the development of organisation-wide marketing communications strategies. You are passionate about using insight to connect audiences with causes through the power of purpose-driven brand communication and looking to make a career that helps you make a large scale impact on the lives of billions. Responsibilities- - Ideate, lead &amp; execute internal and external branding &amp; communication strategy across all products and services of Josh Talks ensuring consistency in messaging and branding while appealing to cultural nuances. - Own collaboration with creative leaders; provide creative direction and feedback to teams to ensure all is on brand and aligns with campaign and brand strategy. - Create and own goals and performance metrics for campaigns; monitor regularly to understand effectiveness of strategy and creative, making recommendations for continuous improvement. - Present to senior leadership regularly to update on key metrics and progress to goals. - Develop and refine process for marketing live content, providing inventive and innovative thinking to overall approach to simplify and improve effectiveness and efficiency. - Cultivate positive relationships with appropriate agencies, companies, associations and other relevant stakeholders to forward our position. - Oversee project budgets and work with team to track and forecast. - Evangelize &amp; Drive positive coverage of company's products and services and create influence in relevant markets. - Lead the analysis and ROI management from investments within digital/offline media and outreach of content onto the different media. - Being fluid to trends in the market so as to adapt and pivot communication strategies in accordance with target markets. Who are we looking for ? - Minimum 5 years of progressive experience in building brands and communications. - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously. - Ability to work cross-functionally and mange a wide variety of stakeholders. - Exemplary verbal and written communication skills (additional language skills a plus). - Considered, assertive and influential; a strong leader with the skills and aptitude to develop and motivate a team. - Creative thinking and an open minded approach.
