Josh Talks is seeking a Director of Sales to acquire and develop new accounts for our digital, linear and social properties, reaching over 20M+ million young people a month in digital and 1000's on ground. Sales duties are focused primarily on online media and video products but also can include event sponsorships, creative services, production deals and 360 integrations across digital, social and events. The selected candidate would be expected to understand integrated media, custom content and have a range of relevant experience.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Maintain existing lines of business and effectively obtain new business
- Cultivate relationships at the agency and brand levels.
- Bring on board new clients to meet revenue targets.
- Provide marketplace feedback to help better craft ad products, marketing and media plans to increase Company wide goals
- Meet monthly, quarterly and yearly revenue budgets
Experience and Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years of sales experience within a media industry
- Warm client relationships
- Excellent written and verbal communications skills
- Knowledgeable and passionate about all facets of Josh Talks
- Creative problem-solving skills and a commitment to execution of task
- Prefer experience at a range of publishing, platform and/or agency experience
