Joint Vice President/Head - IT Systems - Credit Information Firm

Broad Responsibilities :

- The incumbent is responsible for managing IT projects delivery for the B2B Plan team, which includes managing projects and sub-projects, working with multiple work streams, and cross-functional resources.

- Work with Global teams (GT) to implement new products and solutions.

- Collaborate with Sales, IT Infra, Infosec, and Production Run.

- Engage with stakeholders for expectations management and escalations. Highlight risks timely and provide management updates with metrics.

- Building credibility with key stakeholders and liaising with internal teams like Dev, QA, Infosec and production support to complete the delivery life cycle.

- Contribute to other projects worked on by peer associates as and when required.

Desirable Skill Set:

- B.E / B.Sc in Computer / Electronics / Management Degree /PMP and Cloud certifications preferred.

- 15+ Yrs of relevant experience.

- People manager, lead technology and planning discussions during kick-off meetings. Build high-level project plans, and management presentations, track project progress and updates.

- Worked in a technical background with a good understanding of enterprise applications/services delivery.

- Must have managed a team and handled multiple deliveries.

- Strong negotiation skills to deal with individuals across all functional and hierarchy levels.

- Fluent coding experience in one or more of the following: Java, .NET, Python, SQL.

- Sound knowledge of various operating systems and databases. (RDBMS and No SQL DBs).

- Ability to design and implement architectures within a public cloud (AWS or Azure) would be preferred.

- Proven experience in leading enterprise-scale data strategies and their implementation.

- Ability to describe and implement Data services from a product-centric viewpoint.

- Skillsets in putting in place processes and team structures to run the enterprise-wide infrastructure on Cloud.

- Experience in Cloud migration and setting up teams to manage a cloud environment.
