Position : Jt/Dy Vice President - Stakeholder Management - Corporate Affairs

Reports To : Chief Operating Officer

Qualification : Post graduate in related area

Role & Responsibilities :

- Develops and implements a strategy to deliver an integrated, sustained, result-driven plan that influences stakeholders on company objectives

- Meets with regulators, ministries, industry associations, internal and external stakeholders as necessary to consult on interpretation and application of proposed changes to rules and regulations.

- Conduct research and monitor legislation, track happenings within the government that could affect Company. Proactively, research policies to see what changes could be advantageous and which trends might negatively impact Company in future

- Develop proactive relationship with regulators and stakeholders, identify their concerns and drive initiatives to build positive image of Company

- Initiate processes for change in laws/ process/ regulations to enable expansion of the industry.

- Ensures to build a strong subject matter expertise image of Company with the regulators.

- Performs other related duties as assigned by the management

Qualification :

- Post graduate in related area

- 10 - 14 years relevant experience in a similar job function

Skills and Competencies Required :

- Superior communications and interpersonal skills

- Persuasive communicator with an ability to understand and accommodate diverse views in negotiating changes in policies and regulations

- Ability to handle complex discussions with absolute integrity

- Relevant experience in stakeholder management, government relations of financial sector is essential
