Job Description: Johnson & Johnson Medical Devices is recruiting for Biosurgey Product Specialist role, located in Chennai or Cochin Illustrative Responsibilities : - Accomplishes targeted sales and increases the market share. - The specialist would work with account managers who manage Hemostats business and elevate the standard of patient care in bleeding management. - Collect, analyze and present field sales insights to assist with strategy planning and implementation and gain clear understanding to grow market share. - Responsible for development of product definition, positioning and product lifecycle management to include market sensing, leading the product management function in new product development teams, pricing, customer communications, support, and revenue forecasts. - The Biosurgery specialist will look after existing centers and work with them to develop opportunities to further increase the number of cases. - Communicate between sales, marketing, and support teams to improve customer experience. The following additional tasks constitute an intrinsic part of the role: - Marketing / distribution of the Ethicon/Biosurgery product portfolio - Building and expanding strong customer relationships - Working in partnership with different internal and external partners - Systematic search and identification of new potential customers - Organizing and conducting training, presentations and customer events - Regular reporting and forecasting - Strong collaboration with Sales & Commercial Leaders to figure out the best opportunities and execution plans. - Develop, review, approve, implement and monitor productivity of all promotional programs. - Ensure the proper execution of sales training programs, Congress and Prof Ed collaboration - Maintain strong market knowledge on competitors and market environment though external and internal research in order to identify needs and opportunities - Be role model for J&J Credo Values and Healthcare Compliance Qualifications: Education: MBA Degree (preferably with specialization in Marketing) from a premier business school Experience and Skills: - An experience of minimum 5-7 years would be preferred - Experience in sales is imperative - Experience in Market Shaping will be an added advantage Are you ready to impact the world? : Johnson & Johnson offers an unusual experience to professionals looking for an opportunity to work with hardworking people who share your real passion for caring in an environment that empowers you to drive your own career.
