Job Description:


Johnson and Johnson is hiring for Shopper Marketing Manager, Ecommerce based at Mumbai

Ecommerce team is a part of the Customer Development function and is a priority channel for J&J Consumer India. This role will lead all shopper related activations on the digital shelf that lead to business goal delivery of NTS & Share. The person will be the custodian of the brand on shelf and is responsible for planning to execution on key e-commerce accounts.

Key Responsibilities:

- Build the Digital shelf strategy (planning & budgeting) for J&J brands on Ecommerce Platforms

- Plan & execute search, display campaigns on platform to drive discoverability

- Content Excellence - Develop product page content to drive buyability

- Develop measurement metrics that track current business health & influence future actions

- Shopper Insights - Unearth shopper insights and translate to business opportunities

- Partner with Brand, Media teams

Qualifications

Experience and Skills:

3-4 years' experience in Sales & Marketing. Minimum of 2 years in Ecommerce - Shopper marketing profile

Candidates with:

Strong interpersonal and leadership skills

Willingness to experiment & learn

Must have worked in an Ecommerce/ Modern Trade Account manager role for at least 2 years

Education:

MBA in Marketing
