The Candidate Will Be Responsible To Deliver Brand And Business Outcomes By Designing And Executing Brand Plans, Activations And Delivering Innovation To Strengthen Brand Preference With Consumers And HCPs. Internal & External Partnerships: - Regional Franchise Teams: The candidate would lead interactions & dialogue with Regional Franchise Teams to provide a clear strategic direction for India that aligns the entire organization against a common goal. - Cross-organizational collaboration: Liaise closely with multiple cross-functional teams (Sales Team to activate marketing strategy in the local environments; Regulatory & Compliance Teams to ensure adherence to all regulations; Supply Chain and Quality Teams for demonstrating distribution/network efficiencies). - External Partnerships: She/He will also lead the development of key strategic partnerships, both internally and externally with local Agencies and local Content/Media Partners. Qualifications : Experience And Skills: - Post Graduate studies in Business Management from Tier 1 Business School - Total experience - 6-7 years of experience with at least 3-4 years in Marketing, preferably in consumer health brands with HCPs as key stakeholders - Upholds Johnson & Johnson values of Credo & Healthcare compliance.
