Job Description : &nbsp; Johnson &amp; Johnson Consumer Health is recruiting for a global Sr. Manager Digital Operation &amp; Automation, to enhance and to integrate manufacturing processes and automation capabilities, across the supply chain. He/She will lead and drive implementation and continued improvement of automated solutions, increasing the agility of the organization and reducing the total cost of ownership and complexity of software and digital systems We are looking for a business process expert, technology architect who has excellent standing in global/enterprise digital solution eco systems &amp; has proven background in manufacturing automation &amp; digitalization. Key Responsibilities : - Lead and deploy Automation and Digital solutions across Consumer Health Supply Chain aligned with Consumer Health Digital Ambition, to enable a faster and more efficient E2E supply chain. - Bridge and integrate regional and functional needs. Define roadmap, ensure timely implementation and facilitate related change management. - Support building the - people- capability in the manufacturing sites - Enhance business continuity defining reference architecture for operational and automation technologies. - Improve supply chain agility by creating data transparency and asset connectivity - Reduce running costs by addressing the end of life for MES - Manufacturing Execution system and other legacy systems - Reduce process lead time and operational inefficiencies by adding intelligent solutions - Collaborate with JnJ enterprise supply chain colleagues to co-design new automation solution and integrate software/digital capabilities. Qualifications : Education : Candidates should be : - Graduate in Electronics/Computers Science/Instrumentation Engineering - Experience/ Certification in Cloud computing. - Preferable a postgraduate course in Innovation management. Experience and Skills : - Leading by influence, Ability to connect &amp; establish relationship with stakeholders is most important part of this role. - Ability to internally sell technology concepts, Ability to assess &amp; prove value from implementation of technology solutions. - Working in ambiguity, ability to connect &amp; define space. - Expert in cloud computing, from Sensor selection to data acquisition in various cloud platforms - Expert in traditional Automation concepts like Advanced process control, Instrumentation system design, Selection of Sensors &amp; Design of control systems - Must have at least 5 years of experience in working in regulated industries, Should have sound understanding of GMP &amp; CSV ( Computer system validation) Other : - Language requirement : Should be fluent in English, Understanding of other Asian languages shall be an added advantage - 20% International Travel Expected Are you ready to impact the world?
