Main focus and challenge: The Sr Business Analyst, Global Business Insights will be responsible for analyzing and delivering on all market size and share deliverables across platforms and businesses of Medical Devices APAC for critical processes such as long term / strategic planning, business planning and performance measurement. Specific Responsibilities: As a lead on this capability for the region, job responsibilities include but are not limited to the following - Insights (Customer, Market and Competition) &nbsp;Analyze marketplace and translate into -&nbsp; - Market size and share trends - Competitive intelligence related to performance in Asia Pacific and their growth trend /investment in the region - Synthesize and develop - Incorporate analyses on the macro environment into market forecast for strategic planning and opportunity quantification for new business development opportunities - Data toolkits and analytics support / modelling to facilitate business &amp; strategic planning and management discussion - Organize and manage market information, competitive database / repository to track performance in target segments Key competencies: Communication skills -&nbsp; - Ability to convey complex concepts and strategies, orally and in writing - Effectively conducts/facilitates meetings - Strong presentation skills - Excellent listener; seeks broad input and feedback; - Frequent and effective follow-up. Insights -&nbsp; - Ability to analyze complex market data - Design right forecast and market models/projections - Present and package this for facilitating decision making by senior management. Profile: - 7-8 yrs experience in market modelling, forecasting, competitive share analysis and performance tracking, deriving insights from analyst reports - experience in Healthcare will be an advantage. Financial background / analytical background preferred
