This role is responsible for providing HR leadership in support of local business goals, enterprise and sector HR strategies within the NA BUHR Partnership Group organization and actively supports business leaders through Coaching, Talent Management, Organizational Design, Change Management, and Business Partnering. The position will play a role within the HR Team in the development of an HR Strategy for each client organization. The position will play a role within the HR team for the client groups to define employment models and related HR approaches to drive engagement, innovation and productivity. This will require innovative and strategic thinking and a willingness / initiative to try new approaches. Responsibilities : - Partner closely with region Strategic Partnership Group leader and local country/cluster OneHR Doublehat leader to prioritize and execute work needed for the respective geography : Internal OneHR implementation : Working across the geography to implement solutions that apply to all sectors/functions needs (example : working x-model to roll out a new offering in the enterprise; working x-group to support D&I, etc); driving local implementation of actions/needs to drive seamless experience Agile business support : Fluctuating work as needed by key projects/efforts in the sectors/functions (example: supporting a change initiative within a sector via expert consulting on org design, etc); providing strategic capabilities for regional and global initiatives Local expertise : Implementing actions as required due to unique needs of the country/cluster (example: country's government changes a policy which requires action) Additional variation by level : - Level varies to reflect complexity of work and unique skills used - Supporting and sometimes leading projects and deliverables as determined by HR Leadership (including M&A activities) Qualifications : Qualifications and Skills : - A minimum of a Bachelor's degree is required, preferably with a degree in industrial/organizational psychology, human resource management, business or a related field - A minimum of 6 years of professional experience is required. - A minimum of 2 years of progressive HR experience is required.
