Job Description: Johnson &amp; Johnson Pharmaceutical is recruiting for Franchise Head - Dermatology, located at Mumbai - Responsible for creating and articulating a vision and strategy for the Dermatology portfolio in a manner consistent with the CREDO, company policy and goals, and in line with franchise direction. This may involve developing new business models and creating new ways of working. - Develops and implements sales &amp; marketing strategies and objectives. Deliver sales &amp; profitability objectives in alignment with the business strategy. Has in-depth knowledge for the products responsible, and a good understanding of other J&amp;J products and service offerings. Has in-depth knowledge of customer's needs and sharpened competitive knowledge and market trends. - Through effective leadership, inspires leads, directs, motivates, coaches and develops sales team to achieve/exceed sales target. Works with all levels of customer management, developing long-term positive customer relationships to increase customer satisfaction, and build loyalty and confidence in J&amp;J as a preferred supplier. Is agile and can adapt to new ways of working, especially with rapidly evolving business and operating environment, in context of Covid-19 pandemic.
