Job Description : - Johnson and Johnson Medical Device is recruiting for Medical Director for all the Franchises of JJMI, who will be on the leadership team and report to Sandeep Makkar, Managing Director JJMI with a dotted line to Anthony Hong, VP PCM CSS &amp; APAC. - He/She will be the physician administrator of the Corporation with influence in the existing ecosystem of Health Care delivery in the country. In addition, he will be a national and an international advocate of the Company for all matters related to medical and clinical affairs. Key Responsibilities : - Demonstrate Credo-based behavior, ensure adherence to Health Care Business Integrity Guide, company policies and procedures, integrate compliance into business processes, create and advance the culture of accountability &amp; ensure 100% completion in all trainings. - Evaluate long term relationship with key accounts and key opinion leaders along with generating local outcome data, local evidence generation with real world evidence, and deliver patient assistance programs. - Competitive differentiation, technical service team trainings, technical support for tenders, dissemination of evidence. sales team trainings, KOL team/resident trainings, and team trainings for self-development. - Evidence MOU projects with key public and teaching hospitals, empower colleagues to take on leadership roles, engage cross sectoral partners, engage external stakeholders &amp; support agencies. - Support the regulatory, quality and commercial teams for the launch of new products and technologies.
