Responsibility: - Responsible for re-defining and innovating the consumer journey across various JJ Channels - Assess customer needs and key opportunities to provide creative solutions - Enhance customer experience by giving technology based solutions on various touch points - Doing a regular and thorough analysis on the website data to figure out requirements and features needed - Working with technology team to get the required changes done and take further actions basis impact - Make sure all initiatives and results are closely aligned with overall business KPIs - Will be responsible for driving key conversion metrics across app, msite and desktop Skills desired: - Highly passionate individual with background in technology pre-mba is preferred. - Should be ready to work in a fast paced startup environment. - Heavy focus on creating a customer backward experience. - Good hold on UI/UX. - Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
