What you'll do: Build and execute an online marketing strategy with a view to drive traffic to our online assets - website, msite and app. Build awareness and perception of the brand, John Jacobs. Grow the business into international markets that are already showing interest in the brand. 1) Plan and execute all web, SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and display advertising campaigns 2) Identify trends and insights and use these to optimize spends and performance - Plan and execute launch for all new stores through marketing activations 3) Deliver cost efficiencies through experiments on approaches, platforms, audiences 4) Measure performance of digital marketing efforts through the best in class analytics tools 5) Provide detailed ROI analysis and forecasting based on the Ad spends 6) Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to drive campaigns 7) Instrument conversion points and optimize the user funnels Must Haves : 1) Strategic Thinking: Experience in strategizing and planning campaigns to drive traffic 2) Analytical Acumen: Strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points 3) ROI driven approach: Identify, measure & drive business impact from campaigns 4) Experience with translating data and trends into recommendations, strategies, and actionable insights. 5) Knowledge of industry norms on media measurement 6) Partnership Oriented: Able to build partnerships with internal & external stakeholders 7) Strong Written & Verbal communication skills 8) Ability to drive and implement ideas in a dynamic environment
