- Responsible for the entire recruitment process (using channels like bank’s website, jobsites, employee referral scheme, placement agencies & campus recruitment etc)  - Responsible for salary negotiation and offer generation  - Accountable for various HR initiatives and employee engagement programs  - Taking care of new joinee induction  - Driving mentorship programme for new joinees  - Act as the Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for the employees for their queries/concerns etc  - Exit interviews and seeing through undergoing trends  - Ensuring HR operations through the backend team  Requirements:-   - Candidate must possess at least a Master in Business Admin/Post Graduate Diploma in Business Administration/Post Graduate Program in Management from premier institute (tier 2 or tier 2+).  - Preferably guy.  - Traveling.  - Preferably financial background.  - Analytical streak important.  Please send your resume to anuradha.sharma@abcconsultants.in
