HR Consulting (3 to 5 years exp)

We have job openings in a leading MNC in Mumbai. I am looking for candidates with excellent exposure in Human Capital consulting.

Responsibilities:

- Communicate and understand the requirements of clients

- Design, plan and align the game plan with organization objective

- Mentoring and monitoring the team performance

- Conducting employee satisfaction survey etc.

Location: Mumbai

Candidate Profile.

- Person who is currently handling consulting role

- Excellent communication skills is must

- Qualification (MBA in HR from Tier 1 institute)

- Experience (2007 to 09 batch)
