Position: Area Manager – Corporate Sales Group

- To lead a group of MO’s/ RM’s to achieve corporate business in a given industry segment/ geographical area or a group of companies allocated for this purpose.
- Responsible for increasing our share of business by offering entire range of our products.
- Responsible for overall profitability of the portfolio under him keeping in mind underwriting constraints, overall organizational needs and future growth expectations
- This will also need smooth coordination with other depts. Such as underwriting, reinsurance, products specialists and accounts.
- Expected to help MO’s/ RM’s in their training & career development needs and help identify future leaders
- Interaction with top management/ decision making authorities of existing/ new business corporate clients
- Business Development/ Relationship Management and Customer retention
- MBAs - Marketing( Top B Schools) with strong Corporate sales background with an experience of 3 to 6 yrs
- The candidate should have a flair for sales, high on initiative, results orientation, good relationship building, analytical & presentation skills.
- Full time MBAs with 3-5 years of work-ex exclusively in Body Corporates/ Institutional Sales
- Prior experience in General Insurance/ Corporate Banking will be an advantage.
- Team handling experience
- Excellent communication and inter-personal skill
- Strong analytical ability
