- Responsible for accurate, effective, cost-efficient and timely delivery of HR Services

- Facilitate BU Induction and ensure smooth on boarding of new hires

- Performance Management System

- C&B implementation

- HR MIS and Analytics

- Managing HR Operations & Employee Service (MIS, Payroll, Reports, Employee Database, Compliance)

- Employee Engagement & Communication
