Team Manager - Debt Syndication (6-11 yrs)
Position: Team Manager (Debt Syndication)
Experience:6 + Yrs (Debt Syndication)
Qualification - CA/ MBA from a premier Institute
Location: Mumbai
Position based with one of the Largest NBFC in the Industry.
The role would involve working on -
- Debt Syndication
- Syndication of project debt obligations both new and expansion projects;
- Syndication of long- term and short-term debt for corporate customers,
- Designing, financing and implementing structured products;
- Securitization and Debt Refinancing.
Skills required -
Should have good understanding on debt syndication.
