Location – Mumbai / Bangalore / Delhi

Experience – 1-4yrs
- Responsible for generating revenues for talent assessments to corporate customers in the region.
- The candidates must be responsible for delivering sales target for the region and includes selling as well as delivery of talent assessment to customers in his/her region.
- Responsible for quarterly and annual sales goals for the region
- Responsible for sales, orders, invoices and payments from the key accounts he/she is handling
- Build relationships inside the HR Heads of large corporations for selling of Talent Assessment products and customized service offering of Pearson.
- Must be capable of making sales presentation using company’s ability/personality assessments and customized behavioral consulting offering for talent management needs.
- Consultative selling/concept selling approach should be evident
- Number crunching individual, aggressive & go getter
- Ability to make cold calls and meet up with new clients though personal meetings
- Candidate must be willing to travel within the region.
