Position: National Sales Manager

Location: Mumbai/Del/Chen

Experience: 3-8 years

Compensation : 7 to 10 Lacs (depending on candidate)

Qualification: Any Graduate with MBA (preferably)

Objective / Purpose of duty:

- Achieve the revenue and gross margin targets by acquiring & growing those clients.

- Managing client satisfaction in order to ensure business retention.

- Identifying potential sales opportunities and converting those into realisation.

Main responsibilities:

- Responsible for achieving, booking revenue and profit targets for the domestic business.

- Build client success stories, references and execute on sales front

- Identify potential sales opportunities and follow-up till realisation

- Keeping abreast of competition i.e. pricing, product changes etc.

- Gather inputs from market place for framing the overall business strategy

- Structured data capturing & MIS activity for reporting to Management.

- Ability to work in a fast paced, high pressure role with hands on approach

Knowledge, skills, and abilities required:

- Proven and successful track record in Business Development with large clients preferably : TELECOM

- Excellent written and oral communication and presentation skills

Soft Skills

- Excellent negotiation skill

- Dedicated and committed attitude towards achieving goals

- Desire to outperform in professional areas

- Disciplined, punctual and well mannered

- Ability to foster a cooperative work environment

- Ability to gather and analyse statistical data and generate reports
