Profile - Head Policy Servicing & Fulfillment

Location - Corporate Office, Mumbai

Reporting to - Head Operations

Responsibilities:

- Set up of the policy issuance and fulfilment processes and team

- Actively participate with management on key decision related to centralizing/decentralizing, in-house/outsourcing of functions & processes

- Managing policy issuance for New Business & Renewals across all product lines

- Managing Cancellations and Renewals across all product lines

- Managing printing & mailing function

- Policy Issuance on time and ensuring quality of documents

- Performing Quality Checks as appropriate during entire policy issuance cycle

- Endorsements (customer requests or defects), aim for zero defect culture

- Renewals – ensure relevant data is available and renewal notices are generated on time and handed over to sales

- Analytical skills – MIS related monitoring

- Domain Knowledge – insurance related

- IT skills – Extensive exposure on Office Automation tools and ERP

- Ability to handle volumes in high pressure environments

Interfaces :

Internal - Sales team, Finance, Branch Managers, Contact Centre

External - Customers/Intermediaries/Vendors

Qualification and Experience - Grads + Min 10 yrs exp (at least 3 year’s experience in operations with preferred industry experience in General Insurance )
