Jiva Ayurveda (www.jiva.com), a leading Ayurveda treatment company, is looking for an Associate Sr. Manager/Manager- E commerce to manage our online business.
Some of the core responsibilities will be:
- Responsible for the development and performance of the online business.
- Listing of new products across all e- commerce platforms (Amazon, Flipkart, Paytm, Nykaa, and Big Basket)
- Liaising with digital agencies to implement and support social media campaigns.
- Analysing products visibility & placement on e- commerce platforms like Amazon, Flipkart, Paytm, Nykaa and Big Basket, etc.
- Exploring and analysing sale on e-commerce platforms and finding opportunities in terms of products and pricing to grow the sale of products.
- Acting on actionable insights into price, products, positioning, promotions, reviews & stocks gained.
- Studying the buying behaviour of consumers and critical factors which lead to final purchase of products on online channels.
- Benchmarking of products against competition both in terms of pricing and specifications and presenting an attractive proposition to online buyers.
- Exploring digital marketing means to promote products on e-commerce of running and optimize online advertisement campaigns, etc. to drive brand awareness and sales.
- Sales coordination across all the e- commerce platforms and vendor, which include everything from strategy making to follow up for Purchase orders.
- Developing offers & promotional plan to drive the sales.
- B2B co-ordination with all the clients like Amazon, Nykaa, Flipkart, Myntra, Purplle, Paytm etc.
- Ensuring timely placement of new products and all major portals have correct up-to-date information on their margins and reporting website.
- Working closely with vendors/category managers for promotion planning, pricing strategy & product launches
- Analysing market activity and trends.
- Reporting MIS on a weekly and monthly basis.
- Reporting and analysing sales results and identifying opportunities to maximize spend.
- Establishing and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders for responsible accounts.
