JioMart Marketplace - Senior Manager - Learning & Development (4-8 yrs)

Role Summary:

Sr. Manager L&D is responsible for charting out competency-based development of employees at JioMart Marketplace, ensuring that the business growth and expansion in workforce is supported by skilled managers and leaders.

Key Responsibilities:

- Strategizing and Leading all people development interventions for the organization by building a Learning Academy which will include programs in coaching, leadership development, and succession development.

- Design and deliver trainings around regulatory, behavioral and technical, induction, virtual based trainings, succession planning etc.

- Develop questionnaires, run assessment center, study data around training need identification & understand individual & group development needs.

- Discover learning needs by conducting one-on-one coaching sessions.

- Develop & deliver leadership & capability development programs.

- Partner with international and Top business schools of India to offer relevant programs supporting competency requirement at organization level

- Collaborate with the business teams on the formulation of key strategies by anticipating L&D and Org development

- Collaborate with learning experience team to utilize content development capability and delivery technologies to provide multiple channels for learners to access the learning interventions.

Desired Skills:

- The ability to think like an educator, intuitively understanding what the audience needs to know and how they want to consume it.

- Clear articulation of the business goal behind the creation of development framework

- Project management skills to manage schedules and deadlines within corporate and ongoing program campaigns. Ability to work in a 24 hour project cycle-utilizing teams or extended teams.

- Excellent negotiator and mediator for external vendor management.

- A willingness to embrace change and to adapt strategies on the fly.

- Experience creating a resource or library of content organized indicating usage, translations and version control.

- Dynamic professional with excellent interpersonal skills and an enterprising style of work.

- Desired Traits: Self-starter, proactive, quick & adaptive, high on Interpersonal & Communication Skills.

- Training/ L & D certification and Exposure on Learning Management System would be an added advantage.
