AGM / GM Business HR
- Designing and implementing strategies on employee connect, engagement and well-being
- Managing employee grievances & employee relation
- Revamping onboarding and offboarding program with industry best practices
- Designing, budgeting and driving reward and recognition program
- Responsible for handling entire gamut of HR activities (excluding recruitment) in the capacity of HR Business Partner
- Grievance handling, PIP and Skip Level meeting
- Strengthen and deliver gamut of HR activities that encompasses employee life cycle including New Joiners Induction, Employee Confirmation, Employee Engagement Events, Celebrating achievements and RR, Employee Grievances, Performance Management.
- Broad understanding of diversity best practices & inclusion programs
- To drive employee engagement initiatives & programs
- Attrition Management - Initiate retention strategies to control attrition
- Proactively engage in strategic business planning where there is HR impact in order to ensure successful implementation of HR programs and processes.
- Contribute to the development of the change management strategy within the business to support the implementation of HR programs and initiatives.
- Manage HR programs within the business or function.
- Identify the need for new or improved HR processes and drive the development and implementation of those processes.
- Collaborate with senior colleagues in the centers of expertise in order to apply sufficient HR resources to meet the business needs.
