Project initiation (Project owner) - Consultants EPC Approvals End
Products - Plant Visit Post Services (Complaints settlement)
8. Designers/ Architects/ Consultants of all Regions
a. Networking in all major and minor cities/towns etc
b. Approvals/Certifications for Government/ private owned for larger projects and driving product awareness
c. Mapping the existing and upcoming projects, meeting the consultants, designers, EPC's, customers
9. Creating market for Increasing share of business in Value added products for maximizing the NSR and margins
10. Technical Support- Customer complaint settlement
11. Making Customer awareness on JSPL's new development through Electronic mailer, Presentations, Meeting, and Seminars. Updating customer on additional facilities.
12. Technical support to branding on development of Brochures, leaflets, technical presentations, AV's, Product Booklets , Publications in technical magazines
13. Customer Feedback, customer retention
14. Knowledge sharing with all zonal sales team, new entrants.
15. Liaising with Ministry of Steel, Ministry of Road Transport & National Highways, Ministry of Industrial Policy and Promotion, Railway Board, CPWD BIS and other policy makers for inclusion of JSPL's name in Government Codes and Manuals
