Job Description of Manager - Sales Commercial Credit Management, Debtor Management, Statutory Compliance and Audit is mandatory Major Responsibilities includes the following functional roles: 1. Credit Management a. Setting of Credit Limits of Customers. b. Credit Appraisal of Customers. 2. Debtors Management a. Review of Debtors on All India Basis. b. Minimizing overdue and reduction in Debtors No. of days. 3. Sales Policy & Its Implementation : a. Defining Sales Policies for MOU, OEMs, and Customers of other Customers. b. Monitoring implementation of Sales Policies. c. Payment Terms rationalization and monitoring. 4. Statutory Compliances : a. Co-ordination with Legal Dept. for pending Legal Cases. b. Co-ordination with Regions for ensuring compliance of all Statutory Compliance including Compliances of all Local laws. c. Co-ordination with Branches for pending old VAT assessments and providing required information for VAT assessments / C forms etc. 5. Audit a. Co-ordination with Branches / Regions & providing required information to Plants & Corporate Accounts for Quarterly / Annual Audit. b. Co-ordination with Internal Auditors, Statutory Auditors and Concurrent Auditors and providing required information. 6. Process & System Improvement a. Analysis of present processes and suggest improvements. b. Preparation of SOPs for various processes. c. SAP improvements. 7. MIS Preparation of several of MIS reports including following reports: a. Commercial Analytics b. Sales Analytics c. Credit Management reports d. Interest charged / recovered from Customers. e. MIS to Plants & Corporate Accounts
