New Business Development

- Identify potential clients in the Glass fiber (FRP) Composite space, and the decision makers within the client organization

- Research and build relationships with new clients across key FRP segmentrs - Automotive, Railways and Mass transportation, Infrastructure (Architecture, building and Construction)

- Set up meetings between client decision makers and company's practice leaders/Principals

- Plan approaches and pitches. Work with team to develop proposals that speaks to the client's needs, concerns, and objectives

- Conduct workshops with clients to educate them about benefits of shifting to FRP

- Proactively work towards building a future pipeline for the company in consultation with the management

- Liaising with government and other regulatory authorities and industry associations and keeping track of all the key developments that could have an impact on the FRP market in India

Client retention and management

- Present new products and services and enhance existing relationships.

- Work with technical staff and other internal colleagues to meet customer needs.

- Arrange and participate in internal and external client debriefs

- Forecast sales targets and ensure they are met by the team

Business Development planning

- Attend industry functions, such as association events and conferences, and provide feedback and information on market and creative trends.

- Present to and consult with mid and senior level management on business trends with a view to developing new services, products, and distribution channels.

- Identify opportunities for campaigns, services, and distribution channels that will lead to an increase in sales.

- Using knowledge of the market and competitors, identify and develop the company's unique selling propositions and differentiators.

Qualification and work experience

- MBA in sales and marketing preferably from a Premier Institute

- Work experience in key potential FRP segments of atleast 3-4 years: Automotive, Railways and Mass transportation, infrastructure

- Must come with a sound understanding of the FRP market in India including knowledge of key players and current activities and trends

- Advanced knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word and MS Powerpoint
