About the Position :
We are looking for an experienced and seasoned veteran in selling outsourced voice and non-voice call center/ back office solutions. The position will report to Sr. VP - Sales & Marketing.
We are specifically looking for someone with proven experience of selling large multi-year outsourced customer care offerings in following business verticals :
Phone, Email, Chat & Social Media Customer Service
Product Support Helpdesk
Debt Collections
Catalog Order Taking
Remote Quality Monitoring
Market Research & Surveys
Customer Acquisition & Win-back
CRM Software
Responsibilities:
Help Generate business from the Indian domestic market.
Handle RFI/RFPs, Generating new Business Leads, conducting prospect research, developing & delivering Corporate Presentations.
Being involved in interaction with customers at senior levels, will be responsible for identifying opportunities and converting the same to business deals.
Identify requirements from customers and match the required Processes to convert the lead to a warm lead / Prospect.
Ability to coordinate and write proposals, as and when required.
Research and analyze the pain points of a particular organization and make the right pitch at the right level.
Interacting With Technical People for Specific Requirement of the Client.
Relationship Building, Regular Follow up With Clients / Prospect.
Preparation of marketing collaterals and presentation, case studies, mailers etc.
Market intelligence - India market feedback and research on existing clients
Work closely with delivery functions in ensuring successful execution of projects.
Build business transformation propositions for prospects/ industries.
Essential Requirements
Experience in working with senior management to align sales strategies and solutions
BPO sales Experience is mandatory.
Last assignment with Domestic BPO must.
Strong written and verbal communication & technical writing skills.
Working knowledge of costing for proposals, versed with contact centre requirements of various verticals, good understanding of the domain.
With a pleasing personality and decision making ability in day to day situations.
Excellent People Management & leadership qualities.
Well versed with Power Point.
Education & Experience
Management degree will be mandatory
8 -10 years of total experience
