We operate a 1,100-seat, state-of-the-art customer contact center in New Delhi, India. The contact center offers outsourced customer relationship management services to global corporations 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, some of them being Fortune 100 companies. Our objective is to help companies succeed by providing strong customer relationships, enhanced revenue, improved quality, added protection, and greater return on investment.

About the Position:

We are looking for an experienced and seasoned veteran in selling outsourced voice and non-voice call center/ back office solutions.

We are specifically looking for someone with proven experience of selling large multi-year outsourced customer care offerings in following business verticals:

- Phone, Email, Chat & Social Media Customer Service

- Product Support Help-desk

- Debt Collections

- Catalog Order Taking

- Remote Quality Monitoring

- Market Research & Surveys

- Customer Acquisition & Win-back

- CRM Software

Qualifications:

- At-least eight plus years of successful experience selling outsourced contact center services for India based BPO service providers.

- Have successful track record of selling in North America market or UK market.

- Have a contact / prospect network that is current and strong.

- Experienced and accomplished in delivering stand up executive level management presentations.

- Experience responding to RFPs and writing proposals.

- Strong prospecting and closing skills.

- Excellent oral and written communication skills.

- Managing the hand off from sales to operations effectively so as to ensure a smooth start to each project.

Specific Duties and Responsibilities Include:

- Retention of key accounts and account management

- Won various client deals for international BPO

- Work closely with senior management for market development

- Develop and deliver on an Annual Sales plan

- Participate in trade shows, seminars and other public events as necessary

- Prospecting cold calling

- Effectively develop and manage professional relationship a the C- level
