JGM - Finance/Accounts & Administration - EPC Client - CA (24-30 yrs)
Reporting To Head - Finance, Accounts & Administration and leading a large team
- Facilitate preparation of annual budgets, review and adhere to the budgets for each business/department/project.
- Ensure financial accounting and cash flow management
- Analyse the schedules relating to Profit & Loss Account and Balance sheet for suitable decision making and correct reporting.
- Monthly reporting of performance parameters to the management
- Review of project cost and project profitability to ensure the projects are in line with tender estimates.
Working Capital Management :
Risk Management :
- Dealing with Customs / GST / Tax Authorities for proper tax assessments
- People Development - To develop a strong Finance, Accounts & Administration team to support and grow business.
Educational Qualifications & Experience :
- CA with first-class academic records with at least 25 years in the Finance and Accounts function, with a minimum of 5 years of experience in a senior role at the corporate level, including overseas experience.
- Demonstrated expertise in the Oil & Gas industry, managing multi-location accounting and finance complexities in the Construction/Infrastructure/EPC business, with exposure to international business.
