Job Details:
Job Title/Designation: Senior Manager - Corporate Sales
Reporting To: Director-Brand, Marketing & Operations
Job Purpose:
- To enable Jetking in fulfilling its commitment of 100% job guarantee to all eligible students by strengthening relations with the existing recruiter base, expanding the recruiter network and providing placements assistance to business partners
Key Accountabilities:
Build strategic alliances:
- Partner with key recruiters by providing specific training to selected students in corporate batches
- Periodically take feedback from industry on course content and course delivery mechanism to improve student quality
- Increase the average salary offered to Jetking students through effective negotiations with recruiters
People & Budget Management:
- Prepare an annual budget for all the placement activities e.g. Career Disha, Job fairs etc. and allocate funds for the same
- Manage a team of 6-8 direct repartees and network of 50-70 centres
- Ensure professional development of the Placements team through periodic training, appraisals and morale building activities
Recruitment support to business partners:
- Facilitate the smooth execution of placements at the Franchisees by providing training & support to PAN India placement team, recruitment assistance by placing students with key recruiters
- Provide centralised placements/replacements assistance to all business partners and facilitate sharing of recruitment related information amongst franchisees
- Periodically review the execution of placements process at the centres and ensure adherence to the policy of company
Maintenance of placements MIS
- Ensure regular updation of placements database at all regions with details of all existing and potential recruiters and their estimated manpower requirement
- Yearly forecast of industry demand & supply domain
- Ensure maintenance and updation of database of eligible students and their placement status of all Franchisees in the territory
Qualifications, Experience, Knowledge & Skills:
Qualifications:
- Graduate/Preferred Masters Degree in Management (Preferable degree in Human Resource)
Experience:
- Experience of 8 to 10 years in the education industry of which at least 5 are in the Placements function skills
- Knowledge and understanding of competition and their Placement strategies
Competencies:
- Strong leadership, negotiation and communication and interpersonal skills and ability to use management information systems
