Manager - Corporate/Institutional Sales
Job description :
- Responsible for selling online and distance education products) across organizations and education institutions (colleges/universities)
- Develop a database of qualified leads through referrals, telephone canvassing, cold calling on HR managers, training and learning department heads, CEO and business leaders
- Manage the deal flow from beginning to closing of the sale including creating the proposal, negotiation and convincing the various stakeholders
- Organize brand building and marketing activities at potential client sites to promote EduKart.com online education products
- Manage complex client situations and requirements and acquire new clients based on value based selling.
- Prepare the collaterals for corporate sales
- Build trust, value others, communicate effectively, drive execution, foster innovation, focus on the customer, collaborate with others, solve problems creatively and demonstrate high integrity
Desired Skills and Experience :
- 6-8 years of experience in corporate sales with focus on selling to HR heads, Training and Learning Department heads and CXOs
- Strong network with senior HR managers and leaders across industries
- Excellent communication skills and high proficiency in English
- Should be a team player
- Open to extensive travelling to major metropolitan cities of India
- Bachelors in any field from a top ranking college
- MBA from a top tier institute is preferred
