Job Description: - Must be performance-oriented, focus on driving business numbers through modern SEO techniques instead of using old or SEO black hat techniques. - Should have excellent knowledge of the major search engine algorithms and should have the drive to improve the sites/app performance in SERP's and app stores respectively 2. JOB ACCOUNTABILITIES 1. Should be able to develop tactical strategies that can enable higher amount of quality traffic on the site 2. Should be able to develop a strategy to optimize apps in order to rank it on top app stores for relevant keywords 3. Should be well acquainted with the latest and effective on page optimisation that includes but not limited to meta tags, URL optimization, heading tags optimization, content addition &amp; optimization, filter URLs re-writing, interlinking between the pages, addition of schema tags on product pages, OG tags addition, canonical tag addition, alt tags addition, dynamic XML sitemap creation, robots.txt &amp; more. 4. Work with editorial, marketing and development team to ensure SEO best practices are adopted and implemented 5. To monitor traffic and revenue on the site daily, using Adobe's site catalyst and other Analytical tools 6. To maintain keywords - rank tracking report to track the performance of keywords every week, in major search engines like Google &amp; Bing. 7. Monitoring Competitors on a regular basis &amp; reporting findings and adopting an agile mindset to change the strategy accordingly 8. Should be able to develop and implement link building strategy which includes but not limited to writing &amp; submitting quora answers, blog submission, directory submissions reaching out to high authority websites and more. 9. To monitor Google webmaster tools on a regular basis to check site's overall health which includes checking for not found pages, duplicate pages, structured data issues &amp; other errors on the site. Also, use this tool to monitor search queries which brings highest number of clicks on the site and take necessary actions. 10. To create technical audit reports on the sitelike duplicate pages, site's load time, site's crawlability issues to rule out search engine un-friendly issues on the site and getting them resolved for better indexing &amp; crawling. 11. Co-ordination with web development teams, design team to get best practices implemented and resolve issues. 12. Hands on experience in using various softwares such as SEMRush, Whitespark, Majestic, Moz, Ahref, Agency Analytics, AWR, Rank Tracker, Google Analytics, Search Console, Google Adwords Keyword Planner, Xenu, screening frog and more. 3.
