Role : Consulting Demand Planner Summary of Responsibilities : - Responsible for producing a regional forecast for consulting delivery. - Work with Regional leadership for Monthly Forecast of CoE/GD hours by-product. - Point of contact for Region and delivery team for project staffing challenges and visa issues. - Work on annual budgeting &amp; forecasting for consulting. Skills Required : - Deep understanding of demand and forecasting, sales and operations planning and application in industry. - Strong Analytical skills with idea orientation. - Excellent communication, stakeholder management skills. - Quick learner, ability to understand various processes and demonstrate Process leadership. - Must have led a team of experienced professionals. - Knowledge of supply chain management fundamentals. Experience : - 8 years or more in software services. - Experience in operations planning, forecasting, and decision support preferred. - Experience in working in the matrix structure. - Experience in working with planning tools and methodologies. Educational Qualification : MBA from reputed institute preferred.
