JBM Group - Organization Development/Capability Development (4-10 yrs)
Organization Development /Capability Development/Management Resource with a good understanding of HR Processes, bench marking, managing organizational led change.
Job description:
- Develop methods of measuring if performance management aligns with organizational goals,
- Create competency models; bench marking and best practices,
- Talk with management to identify specific work situations requiring employees to better understand changes in policies, procedures, regulations, and technologies,
- Identify and Implement major organizational changes,
- Diagnose potential organizational/team improvement area,
- Recommend training and development systems; develop team-building exercises and workshops,
- Create definitions of desired individual or group performance,
- Consult with management and other leadership to identify business processes,
- Identify and evaluate business initiatives to ascertain appropriate programs that meet company goals,
- Implement organizational effectiveness interventions.
Qualification and Requirement:
- Looking for somebody with Four to ten years plus of HR OD/OC experience only,
- Desired that the candidate should be from a reputed or good B school and/or with good pedigree,
- Excellent communication and people a management skills,
- Experience in Manufacturing and/or FMCG is an added advantage.
- Young Male candidates desired due to extensive travel to Pan India locations,
- Present Location is Corporate Office Gurgaon and reports into Group Head HR,
