- strong manufacturing (production, quality, maintenance , shop floor, TPM,) experience
- not much OEM background
- tier 1 experience preferred
- managing multiple customer from operation and supply chain perspective

- handled turnover of 500 crore plus
- handled manpower of 3000 plus workmen
- hands on experience of 25 to 30 years
- sheet metal experience is desired
- age bandwidth of 48 years plus
