F&A Delivery Manager - US Process
Responsibilities
- To lead BPO F&A delivery functions
- Has knowledge and experience in Leading workforce of team members across R2R, O2C, P2P, GL Reconciliation, Financial Reporting, Fixed Asset processes, and the fiscal month-ending accounting closes including the review of journal entries and the related balance sheet reconciliations, Controls and Compliances. SSB, Revenue Transparency, Controllership and intercompany concepts and applications and Transfer pricing.
- Understanding of accounting policies, statutory accounting principles and tax requirements
- Maintains knowledge of trends, best practices, regulatory changes, and new technologies in F&A Delivery management.
- Leadership skills in a multicultural environment managing Global/Regional Delivery - Proven experience in a global complex BPO environment, with strong delivery management.
- Work with US onsite team to ensure staffing scales-ups, meet milestones and the SLAs are always met.
Requirements:
At least 12+ years of experience in P2P, O2C and R2R with a Third-Party service provider or a shared service, having strong expertise in managing P&L globally.
- Bachelors' degree in B.COM, or any other Finance related degrees with master's degree in Finance is preferred.
- Has Knowledge of US Accounting Standards.
- Has knowledge and worked in JD Edwards environment.
- Good communications skills and people management skills.
