Enterprise Account Manager

Javis is looking for expert enterprise sales executives to join the Gurgaon branch of our highly successful Sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for growing our client base with a focus on Fortune 50-500 clients across the globe. You are committed to winning and taking advantage of the untapped customer base that could benefit from Javis's product offering. Individuals should have the ability to negotiate complex six and seven figure contracts, a strong understanding of the digital landscape and a willingness to embrace ground-breaking, fast paced technology companies.

Responsibilities:

- Build, lead and grow your own book of business, selling to our top accounts and working with Fortune 50-500 caliber clients

- Drive significant growth in the market for both existing and new clients, achieving or exceeding individual quota

- Focus on executing transactions in an assigned territory and prospect for new opportunities

- Foster positive relationships within our Enterprise market segment, looking for opportunities to add value for the customer and develop additional revenue

- Territory/Vertical identification and research, to formalize a go to market strategy and build qualified target accounts

- Forecast sales activity and revenue achievement, while creating satisfied and referenceable customers

- Work collaboratively with marketing and technology departments to execute sales strategy as the firm introduces enhancements to existing solutions and/or releases new products

- Bring your thinking, strategies, and ideas to advance our company's values, unique culture, and vision for the future

What you should have :

- MBA/MS degree or similar college-level education from Tier I Institute

- Understanding of digital ecosystem landscape and relationships

- A track record of success in selling business applications and complex solutions

- Experience running a full sales cycle and closing business

- Terrific consultative sales skills and exceptional closing experience

- Accurate forecasting and pipeline management

- Evidence that you are a Top Producer in your current role

- A sharp focus on your goals and a belief that your daily, weekly and monthly activities will help you achieve them
