JOB DESCRIPTION

- The incumbent would be responsible to manage multiple projects which include providing directions on projects, systems/ Need analysis, software evaluation, resource planning and scheduling.

- He would also act as coach and mentor for team members.

- He would be responsible for design, prototyping, development, testing and delivery of quality software/solutions to the client.

- He would also be involved in all strategic business related matters.

- He would participate in POC, review of documents and estimation.

- Have a thorough understanding of assigned product/ project.

- Communication with internal team and inter group coordination.

- Participate in generating of technical documentation of product/ package.

DESIRED PROFILE

- Must have managed team of 6-10 members.

- Should be proficient in latest technologies with an in-depth Knowledge of any one or more business domain areas like Banking, Financial Institutions, Telecom, BPOs, Insurance, Manufacturing and Healthcare etc.

- Should have worked in all the phases of SDLC and should have hands on experience with CMM and /or ISO and best practices in the industry.

- The incumbent must exhibit strong leadership qualities through quick decision-making and change management, strong analytical ability, good project management skills and the ability to drive.

- Should possess effective communication, mentoring and coaching skills to ensure effective growth plans of development team members.

- Candidate must be willing to travel for Short term/Long term within India/Outside India and work as per project requirements.

- Knowledge / exposure to PMP is an advantage

- Prior experience in BPM / ECM products is an advantage

LOCATION

The incumbent should be BE/B Tech/MCA/ Computer Science /IT (70% throughout) with elaborate and extensive experience of 8-9 years in S/W development across wide variety of development projects in Java/Microsoft Technologies.
