Skills:

12 to 18 years of experience in Java/J2ee and 5 to 6 years of experience as a Techno-Manager (70-30% min)

- Expert knowledge of Java based frameworks and libraries, Relational Databases, Unix, messaging systems;

- Expert knowledge of Domain Modeling (UML) and ability to communicate it to developers and throughout organization;

- Knowledge of No-SQL solutions and technologies, data and computing grids, - cloud- solutions;

- Web application development and the infrastructure: various frameworks and infrastructure required;

- Databases: Oracle, MySQL

- Ability to present technical concepts in authoritative and clear manner to developers and business people through white boarding, presentations and proposals;

- You have experience in providing mentoring;

- Tireless problem solver, able to take a creative approach to situations and problem solving, drive issues to full resolution
