Jarvis - Senior Operations Manager - Marathi

About the role: Sr. Operations Manager

As a Senior Operations Manager you will be responsible for either leading a team or working in closely with Associate Program Manager and team helping them with on-ground execution of project deliverables. Your key responsibilities would be:-

- Supervising ground teams daily operations along with delegation of work to be done on ground

- Stakeholder management at multiple layers with correct reporting & presentation

- Reporting, monitoring and escalation on daily basis to higher authorities

- Recruitment and training of on-ground mobilizer and blue collar employees

- Co-ordination with vendors/service providers involved in the project

Preferred Qualification:-

- You have 2-5 years of experience ranging in on-ground operations, logistics or sales

- You have successfully managed blue collar employees in past

- You are comfortable in travelling across Maharashtra and stationed in town/city wherever job demands

- You have no problem in working extensively for long hours whenever required along with extensive travelling

- Internal/external stakeholder management

- You are fluent in Marathi and Hindi

- You are in between 25 - 32 years of age
